2008. She is responsible for all settlement processing.
Ms. Forgie also assists our attorneys form Limited Liability Companies for
our investor clients. Those tasks include: preparing minutes,
operating agreements, obtaining tax ID numbers, obtaining corporate seal
and membership certificates. |
