Eric joined Stress-Free Settlements in
2008. He is responsible for all Pre Closing intake matters.
Mr. Holmberg also assists our attorneys form Limited Liability Companies for
our investor clients. Those tasks include: preparing minutes,
operating agreements, obtaining tax ID numbers, obtaining corporate seal
and membership certificates. Prior to joining Stress-Free Settlements Eric
was a legal assistant with Leibner & Potkin in Washington DC. |

Mr. Holmberg is pursuing his Juris Doctor Degree - expected May 2010.
Mr. Holmberg received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from American University
successfully completing a dual major: Political Science and an
Interdisciplinary Study of Communications, Law, Economics and Government. Magna
Cum Laude. |
