& Community Associations-
Jacobs & Associates is one of just a few local settlement
attorneys familiar with local residential cooperatives. We
have advised many of the local cooperatives and have represented one
of the oldest and largest condominium associations in the area.

are licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, Maryland & New
York. We are members of the District of Columbia and Maryland
Land Title Associations. We are active members of the Real
Estate Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Chair that
sections' Real Property Transactions Committee and honored to have
been selected to edit the Real Estate Settlements section of the DC
Bar Practice Manual. We have been approved as policy agents for
First American Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title
Company. We were instrumental in drafting certain provisions of
the Omnibus Regulatory Reform Amendments Act of 1998 which modernized
the lien release statutes of the District of Columbia.
